The property is offered for holiday use only.
All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, unless special arrangements have been agreed with the owner.
The owners of the property shall not be liable to the client for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services, nor for any loss or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owner.
The owners of the property shall not be liable to the client for any personal injury suffered during their stay at the property. It is recommended that the clients obtain suitable insurance against loss or damage to their property and personal injury for the duration of their stay. An EHIC card and/or medical insurance is also recommended.
Towels and fresh bed linen are supplied.
The deposit is non refundable
No glass should be taken to the swimming pool
No diving in the swimming pool
A breakdown of the 4x4 vehicle does not constitute grounds for a refund.
